FRIENDS - Marshmello & Anne-Marie

I must say, Marshmello and Anne-Marie really have me hooked on their new single. This song has everything I look for in good music. A catchy rhythm, a good singer and a very good bridge. I first heard this song off of Spotify's "New Music Friday" playlist. At first, I thought it was gonna be another typical EDM song, I was expecting it to sound just like every other song.

But no, it's completely different. It has a certain vibe to it that I absolutely enjoy. Anne-Marie's voice is absolutely perfect for this song. This song is about a girl who is more than annoyed about a boy who keeps trying to be more than friends. She passionately sings about how they are just friends and how he needs to stop trying. I think a lot of listeners will love this song because of the message and the rhythm. Many will feel a connection with the message and relate to it. Definitely will be adding this song to my playlist. Good job Marshmello and Anne-Marie.
