Review of "Still the Same" by Sugarland

When I first heard about this song, I was not excited to hear what it sounded like considering I am not the biggest fan of Country music. But I decided to give it a try. Sugarland is a country duo consisting of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush. The song first started with Jennifer's vocals. It was my very first time hearing her sing and I must say, her voice is outstanding. Her voice is so unique and she definitely has a true talent. Her talent made me want to listen to the song more precisely. As I continued to listen, I thought that the song was building up a catchy rythm that led to the chorus. Jennifer and Kristian's voices collab extremely well together and this song suits them very well. This song is about a love that is still the same despite the changes they have faced. Sugarland has taken a break in the past for awhile and they used this song as they're comeback to let their fans know that they are 'still the same'. What better way to gain fans and get a hit song. I am not a big country fan but this song definitely won my heart. They have a very unique sound and I can't wait to hear what else they have recorded!
